Protege IPG Clinician’s Manual

   CAUTION:

 Use only the torque wrench that is compatible with the IPG or 

the device may be damaged and rendered unusable.

3.  Insert the torque wrench through the septum and tighten the setscrew, 

turning it clockwise until the wrench clicks. 

Figure 5: Tighten the setscrew clockwise

4.  Remove the torque wrench and check the septum to ensure that it closed. If 

the septum did not close, gently reseat the septum flaps.
