Handset name
In the
Settings > Cordless handset
> Name of cordless handset
menu, enter the name of your Scope
cordless handset as you wish it to
appear in the display and in the
system.
Procedure:

If this is not already displayed,
change to the
start screen
.

Using the
right navigation
button
, select the
main menu
.

Select the
Settings
menu.

Select
Cordless handset
in the
Settings menu.

Select the entry
Name of cord-
less handset
.

Using the keypad, enter a name
for the cordless handset. When
doing so, observe the instructions
in the section Entering and editing
texts.

Confirm
with the
right-hand
softkey
(
Save
).

A
confirmation
is displayed.

After around 1 second, the
Settings
menu is displayed.

The new name is indicated at the
top left of the display.
