Inspection and measurement

            Model      T656
            Testing item :      Self-lubrication system
            Method :    1.Check model
                                      Open power switch and check the model of lubrication board

2. Check speed sensor indicator signal

Shut down lubrication speed senor, and make drive board to detect encoder signal

3. Any error message or abnormal condition?

Check error massage or abnormal of lubrication board

4. Check lubrication motion

Turn on power and press<RESET> to check single lubrication operating normally

5. Check lubrication bottle capacity

Eye-measure the capacity of lubrication bottle
