Circumstance : ERR0R_2_1 message on display

Possible cause : Drive board IGBT overheating or IGBT over current
Troubleshooting:

1. Restart treadmill and test it

2. Turn off power for 10min then restart to test

3. If message persists, replace SAC drive board
