Lift cable
Inspect for detarioration.
Actuator cord
Inspect for damage or wear.
Carabiner
Insure the carabiner function
properly and closed fully.
Safety strap
Inspect for wear and fraying.
Pulley
Ensure pulleys are free spinning.
Cable system
Inspect the lift cable for wear
(fraying, cuts, or shaving).
Compressor
oil level
Check the oil level shown by the
glass. When the motor is off, the
oil level must correspond to one
shown by the label.
Air outlet
filter
Drain the water collected in the
air outlet filter proceeding as fig
6 (make sure the tank is under
pressure).
Air Tank
Remove the condensate that
has collected in the air tank.
To empty the tank, put it under
pressure, take the compressor
to a place where the water will
not damage the floor, tip the
compressor slightly forward and
open the tap (Fig. 7).

Check possible connector
slackening, pressure hose wear,
screws tightening, electric circuit
efficiency. etc.
Clean
Compressor
Clean the compressor with a
soft cloth. Dust and dirt prevent
the compressor from cooling.
Filter reducer
Check the filter reducer and its
part to optimize efficiency.
Safety Valve
Shown (Fig. 8) Pulling the ring
gently when there is pressure in
the tank.
Oil
Total replacement of oil.
