BALL ThROWING MOTOR REPLACEMENT

1. Remove Motor Cover
a. First take off the black plastic wheel guard. Wheel guard is held on by four (4)
screws.
b. Using a

8
” Allen wrench, remove the screw that is inside the shaft of the mo-
tor that holds
the ball throwing wheel on. Slide the ball throwing wheel off.
c. Behind the ball throwing wheel there will be a spacer. Slide the spacer off the
shaft of the
motor. Put the spacer where you can easily get it. You will need to put the
spacer back on
the shaft of the new motor.
2. Remove Motor
the motor is held on by four (4) screws. You will need a

” Allen wrench to
loosen all four
(4) screws. the motor will then come off the mounting bracket.
3. Remove Metal Wheel Guard
Remove the metal wheel guard that is attached to the motor and re-attach it to
the new motor.
4. Remove Actuator Cover
Remove the plastic cover on the side-to-side actuator.
5. Remove Wire Harness Cover
Remove the wire harness that is attached to the metal plate.
6. Remove Wires
Remove the black, white and green motor wire of the motor to be replaced.
7. Install New Motor
Install the new motor in reverse order.
