Malfunction: Heart Touch Rate (HTR) Reading Error

Hold onto the HTR handlebar. The display does not show any heart rate reading.
Do not hold onto the HTR handlebar. The display shows a heart rate reading.
Or, the heart rate reading is inaccurate.
