PRESET PROGRAMS (P2-P6)

Select one of the pre-set programs using the + or – button. Press ENTER to confi rm.

The preset programs diff er in regard to resistance, time, distance and calorie consumption
settings.
•
The following table shows the preset values for the resistance levels of the diff erent programs.
•
You may nevertheless press the + or – button at any time during workout to adjust the
resistance accordingly.
•
Press the start/stop button to start the workout.
