Button functions:
MODE:
Press the
MODE
button to select from among the various functions.
The following functions are available:
TIME
(time trained),
COUNT
(number of strokes),
TOTAL COUNT
(total number of strokes),
CALORIE
(approx. calorie consumption), and
SCAN
(cycle through all functions).
Repeatedly press the
MODE
button until

points at the desired function
on the display. When

flashes next to the desired function, press the
MODE
button once more.

then remains lit. You can now set your
training goals (
SET
button) or start training with the selected function (
ST/
STOP
button).
SET:
Press the
SET
button to set your training goal for the functions
TIME
(time
trained),
COUNT

CALORIE

RESET:

RESET
button to reset a value to 0.
ST/STOP:
Press the
ST/STOP
button to start or stop a function.
