CHARGING THE BATTERIES
FIRST THINGS FIRST, the Remote Trainer needs its batteries charged before you can use it. While your system
is charging, read the entire Operating Guide available online at www.sportdog.com become familiar with
your system.
TO CHARGE THE REMOTE TRANSMITTER
1. Connect one of the charger connectors to the Charging Jack.
2. Plug the charger into a standard wall outlet.
3. Charge the Remote Transmitter for 2 hours. It is not harmful to let the unit charge more than 2 hours.
4. When charging is complete, as indicated by the full Battery Icon, replace the rubber cover.
TO CHARGE THE COLLAR RECEIVER
1. Lift the rubber cover protecting the Charging Jack.
2. Connect one of the charger connectors to the Charging Jack.
3. Plug the charger into a standard wall outlet.
4. Charge the Collar Receiver for 2 hours. It is not harmful to let the unit charge more than 2 hours.
5. When charging is complete, as indicated by the Indicator Light blinking green, replace the rubber cover.
NOTE: Approximate battery life between charges for both the Remote Transmitter and Collar Receiver is 50 to 70
hours, depending on the frequency of use.
