Procedures

：

1.

Noises are general problem for elliptical
and difficult to troubleshoot, from
rubbing between side cases and round
disk, bushing housing and the cross bar,
the belt and the drive pulley, idler wheel,
handle bar and console mast shaft,
flywheel and the steel cable concerning
the front portion of the elliptical to the
rear portion such as slide wheels and
clank axle with wave washers,, pedal
arms and pedals. Major causes for
noises are insufficient lubricant,
un-smoothness and loose screws. Since
those are moving parts and interactively,
problem solving must be treated case by
case.
