Visible fixings / screws
Check for tightness using a screwdriver or Allen key to ensure that no loose parts interfere with
the operation during workout.
Computer operation
Check the computer functions for proper working.
Pedals / straps
Retighten the pedals with a wrench and check the pedal straps for proper function.
Seat- and handlebars adjustment
Check for correct function, lubricate if necessary with a suitable silicone spray.
Seat / handlebars pop pins
Check for correct function and placement. If necessary, the pins can also be lubricated.
Seat adjustment
Check for correct function and whether the end caps are correctly attached.
Emergency brake resp. emergency off (if available)
If an emergency brake system is available, it must be checked for correct function.
Seat fixing
Check the seat for proper fixation; if necessary retighten the seat with a wrench.
Even stand
Check that the unit is properly leveled. There are 2 leveling pads on the bottom of the rear
stabilizer, you may adjust these levelers.
WARNING
The safety level of the equipment can only be maintained if it is examined for damage and
wear on a regular base. Replace defective components immediately and keep the equipment
out of use until repair. These parts are particularly prone to wear: Belt, PU wheel, bearing,
idler, shaft and pedals.
