Explanation/Proposed Action
Main current sensor alert: Turn the sewing
machine off, wait a few seconds, and turn it
on again. If this does not clear the alert,
contact customer service.
Main shaft motor locked-rotor alert: Make
sure the fabric you are sewing is not too
thick for the machine to handle. Check for
thread jammed on the rotating hook, and
make sure the tension dial is holding the
thread tightly. Turn the sewing machine off,
wait a few seconds, and turn it on again. If
this does not clear the alert, contact
customer service.
Stitch width step motor reset alert: Turn the
sewing machine off, wait a few seconds, and
turn it on again. If this does not clear the
alert, contact customer service.
Foot controller alert: This alert may occur if
you accidentally press the foot controller
while powering up the machine, or if you
use an unapproved controller. Always use
the approved foot controller included with
your machine. Turn the sewing machine off,
wait a few seconds, and turn it on again. If
this does not clear the alert, contact
customer service.
Raise foot controller alert: At the conclusion
of certain programmed dec-orative stitches,
the machine will stop automatically and
prompt you to raise your foot off the
controller (pedal).
