HART Pass-Through Hold Time
This is a module-wide parameter. Valid values are 1 to 155 seconds. A value of 0
will default to 20 seconds. All other values are an error.
The Handle timeout value allows you to set how long the module will hold the
reply message for a HART Pass-through operation in its queue. If the time
expires before the reply has been retrieved using the Query message, the reply is
removed from the queue, and the queue is now available for another Pass-
through message.
