Spectralink IP-DECT Server 6500 Installation and Configuration Guide

Broadcast

An MSF message can be sent to all handsets at the same time as a One Way Text message.

The system can handle a maximum of 26-30 messages per minute to all handsets
simultaneously from the system.

Sending Text Messages

The MSF messages function requires the use of a third-party application, such as an alarm server.

For demonstration, Spectralink has an MSF package including:

XML RPC Document

•

Description of the XML RPC protocol

•

Simple example in VB.net, Java, C# using the dll interface including source code
