The following commands set the telephone numbers of the recipients, on which you want to enable the
geofencing areas alarmed.
The management includes both the entry that the output of the vehicle by a preset specific area.
You can program up to 5 local areas.

In details:
n = identifies the number of area (n = 1->5)
+xx.xxxx = identifies coordinate LATITUDE
+yyy.yyyy = identifiies coordinate LONGITUDE
kk = identifies the radius that applies to the area affected (*View table below)
O = The letter "O" identifies the output (OUT) of the vehicle from the area, with the
letter "I" identifies the input (IN) of the vehicle in to the area.
