Problem: Pump doesn’t run.
Possible cause Solution
No voltage.  Check the fuse and other
protective devices.
Thermal motor protection
triggered.  Wait for the motor
winding to cool down and
the motor protection to
turn back on.
Problem: No flow rate; motor turns.
Possible cause Solution
Insufficient fluid level.  Ensure the pump is
completely submerged.
Problem: Pump stops automatically.
Possible cause Solution
Voltage error.  Ensure that the voltage
on the name plate
corresponds to the
voltage indicated.
Thermal motor protection
triggered.  Wait for the motor
winding to cool down and
the motor protection to
turn back on.
Insufficient fluid level.  Close tap to reduce the
pump’s flow volume.
Problem: Too low a flow rate in the pump.
Possible cause Solution
Insufficient fluid level.  Close tap to reduce the
pump’s flow volume.
Strainer basket is clogged.

Clean the strainer basket.
Wear to the hydraulic system.  Contact customer
services.
