Making Group Calls Using Key Pad
For all group calls:
1. Ensure the intercom screen is displayed. You may need to press
i
to display it.
2. Dial the group call dial number.
Then follow the steps under the Once Connected... heading below for your chosen group call
type.
Making Group Calls Using Directories
For all group calls:
1. Navigate to Main > Directories > Group (Shortcut *113 ).
This displays the ‘Group Directory’ screen.
2. Highlight the appropriate group and press OK .
Then follow the steps under the Once connected... heading below for your chosen group call
type.
Making Group Calls Using Speed Dials
For all group calls:
1. Ensure the appropriate speed dial page is displayed.
2. Press the appropriate speed dial.
Then follow the steps under the Once connected... heading below for your chosen group call
type.
Once connected...
For Standard Group Calls
1. Make an announcement.
2. Press clear to end the group call.
For Mixing Group Calls
1. Talk when group call is connected.
2. Press clear to end the group call.
For Answerback to Owner Group Calls
1. Make a request.
2. When finished press the * (star/asterisk) key and wait for an answer.
If no one responds to the request within twenty seconds the group call is ended.
