SE 708 User Guide

Settings Menu

This displays the ‘Call Forward Settings’.

2. When

Intercom Call Forwarding

is highlighted, pressing

options which are:

On Busy

Always

3. Select the user to whom the call will forward to. To do this, highlight the

Intercom Call Fwd

Name

option and pressing

. This will display the list of users from the ‘Global Directory’.

The call forward user can also be selected directly from one of the ‘Directories’. To do this highlight
the desired user within the directory list and press

►

to show the options for that user. Select

Program

Call Forward

. Confirm the configuration by pressing

This only assigns the user to be the call forward contact and will not switch on call the

Intercom Call

Forwarding

setting. The setting must be switched on via the ‘Call Forward Settings’ menu.

4. Highlight the required user and press

. This will return you to the ‘Intercom Forward

Settings’ screen.

5. Press

to save the changes. This will display a blue arrow in the status icon area.
