Setup
a) Installation
Wall Mounting
Make sure no cables or pipes are damaged when drilling mounting holes or securing the screws.
If in doubt about how or where to mount the transmitter, contact a qualified professional.
Consider the power cable length when choosing a location for mounting. Do not use an
extension cord.
The supplied screws and wall plugs are suitable for solid walls. Please use suitable screws and
wall plugs for other types of walls. If in doubt, contact a qualified professional.
The rubber feet may leave marks on sensitive surfaces.
• Drill two holes and insert the dowels.
• Insert the screws, leaving the minimum amount of space protruding for the cross cutouts to hook onto.
• Two cross shaped cutouts are located on the underside of the transmitter. Using the cutouts, hang the
transmitter over the screws.
•
Make sure the transmitter it is firmly held in place before letting go.
Place on Table
• Carefully separate the rubber feet.
• Remove the adhesive backing and attach one foot to each corner on the bottom of the transmitter.
b) Connection Diagram
An additional transmitter (sold separately) can be stacked for a 1 to 8 configuration. Connect the

Intended Use
The product extends and distributes an HDMI
signal to up to 4 HDMI displays through receivers
that adapt RJ45 connections to HDMI. As a guide,
a Cat5e cable range to display resolution for 1080p
is 40 meters, and for 720p it is 70 meters. The
transmitter is powered by a single 12 V/DC adaptor.
Uses include single input multiple output applications
such as in a bar, church, conference room, school,
CCTV, and surveillance systems.
It is intended for indoor use only. Do not use it
outdoors. Contact with moisture, e.g. in bathrooms,
must be avoided under all circumstances.
For safety and approval purposes, you must not
rebuild and/or modify this product. If you use the
product for purposes other than those described
above, the product may be damaged. In addition,
improper use can result in short circuits, fires, electric
shocks or other hazards. Read the instructions
carefully and store them in a safe place. Make this
product available to third parties only together with
its operating instructions.

a) General Information
• The product is not a toy. Keep it out of the reach
of children and pets.
• Do not leave packaging material lying around
carelessly. This may become dangerous playing
material for children.
• Protect the product from extreme temperatures,
direct sunlight, strong jolts, high humidity,
moisture, flammable gases, steam and solvents.
• Do not place the product under any mechanical
stress.
• If it is no longer possible to operate the product
safely, take it out of operation and protect it from
any accidental use. Safe operation can no longer
be guaranteed if the product:
- is visibly damaged,
- is no longer working properly,
- has been stored for extended periods in poor
ambient conditions or
- has been subjected to any serious transport-
related stresses.
• Please handle the product carefully. Jolts,
impacts or a fall even from a low height can
damage the product.
• Consult an expert when in doubt about the
operation, safety or connection of the product.
• Do not cover the transmitter.
•
Maintenance, modifications and repairs must
only be completed by a technician or an
authorised repair centre.
• If you have questions which remain unanswered
by these operating instructions, contact our
technical support service or other technical
personnel.
b)
Power Adaptor
• Connect the appliance to a wall socket that can
be accessed easily.
• As power supply, only use the supplied mains
adaptor.
• Only connect the power adaptor to a normal
mains socket connected to the public supply.
Before plugging in the power adaptor, check
whether the voltage stated on the power adaptor
complies with the voltage of your electricity
supplier.
• Never connect or disconnect power adaptors if
your hands are wet.
• Never unplug the power adaptor from the mains
socket by pulling on the cable; always use the
grips on the plug.
• When setting up the product, make sure that
the cable is not pinched, kinked or damaged by
sharp edges.
• Always lay the cables so that nobody can trip
over or become entangled in them. This poses
a risk of injury.
• For safety reasons, disconnect the power
adaptor from the mains socket during storms.
c) Electrical Safety
• Never pour liquids over electrical devices or
place objects filled with liquid next to the product.
If liquid or an object does enter the interior of
the device, power down the respective socket
(e.g. switch off the circuit breaker), and then
remove the mains plug from the mains socket.
Discontinue use and take the product to a
specialist repair centre.
• Never use the product immediately after it has
been brought from a cold room into a warm one.
The condensation generated may destroy the
product. The mains adapter may also cause a
fatal electric shock!
• Allow the product to reach room temperature
before connecting it and putting it to use. This
may take several hours.
d) Connected Devices
• Always observe the safety instructions and
operating instructions of any other devices which
are connected to the product.
• Always disconnect all device from the power
supply before connecting or disconnecting
cables.
•
Risk of damage to equipment! The transmitter
is not a networking device, do not connect to
an ethernet device.
