Secure the cross member (21) using only the bottom set of holes to the front struts (4) using the

bolts (26), washer (33), and nuts (30).

ASSEMBLE THE WHEELS

1.

Insert the axle (22) through the wheel bracket (18).

2.

Secure the wheels (15) to the axle (22) using the axle nuts (31).

3.

Tap the axle nuts (31) onto the axle with a hammer or mallet.
