HPT372 manual located in “d:\doc” folder in the Soyo driver CD.

Installing Driver on an Existing System

If Windows can not find new hardware, the driver can be installed through the
following steps:

Windows XP

1. Right

click

[My Computer]

, select

[Properties]

. This will start

up the System Properties.

2. Select

[Hardware] [Device Manager]

3. You will see 2

“! RAID Controller”

entries under unknown device,

one of them is the Highpoint RAID controller and the other is the
Silicon Image RAID controller.

4. Right

click

“! RAID controller”

and then update driver
