checked.

placed on machine.
• PTO has been matched to tractor and greased.
• All other pre-delivery checks have been
completed as per operators manual.
• The purchaser was given operators manual
and instructed in safe and correct usage of machine
and on limitation of warranty.
• The machine was tested and operates correctly.

• Receipt of the operators manual which I have read
and have clearly understood.
• To have a clear understanding of the warranty
limitations.

safe operation of the machine.

instructions in operators manual.
• To have clear understanding on the capacity of this
machine and made aware of its limitations.
