4. Troubleshooting

CRANEX

Novus e

Error E12 (CCD line failure)

CAUSE
The image data fl ow from the CCD sensor to L1200
was interrupted during the exposure.

SOLUTION

Refer to the trouble shooting information given in error
code E11.

Error E13 (CCD confi guration checksum failure)

CAUSE
L1200 CPU failed to read CCD confi guration
parameters.

SOLUTION

Reboot the unit. If the problem persists, change the
CCD sensor.
