Troubleshooting

Main unit

Power supply

The power does not turn on.
The power turns off unexpectedly.
I pressed the power button, but the battery indicator lamp does not light or

blink.
I spilled water on this unit.
Power is turned on but this unit does not respond to any operations.
The power turns off automatically.
The power does not turn off.
Battery life is short.
It takes a long time to start up this unit.
The auto power off function does not work.

Heat

This unit becomes warm.

Charging

The battery does not charge from a computer.
The battery indicator lamp does not light while charging.
The battery indicator lamp blinks while charging.
The battery is quickly recharged.
It takes a long time to charge the battery.
The wireless LAN function cannot be used while charging.

Supplying power

This unit does not supply power to other devices.

Wireless LAN connection

Wireless LAN connection to a smartphone, tablet or computer cannot be

established.
I found two SSIDs, both of which start with "WG-C10" and I cannot determine

which one should be used.
The wireless LAN connection has stopped.
The wireless LAN connection between this unit and a smartphone, tablet or

computer is unstable.
It takes a long time to establish a wireless LAN connection between this unit and
