Troubleshooting
105207 SDHC
Memory Card
/ USB flash
drive User authentication for the
USB command failed. Make sure that the system
password configured for
the player operating with a
USB flash drive is correct
in the “Maintenance”
screen of the Signage
Player Management
Software.
105208 The storage capacity on the
USB flash drive is
insufficient. Check the remaining
storage capacity of the
USB flash drive.
Delete any unnecessary
files or folders on the USB
flash drive.
105209 Settings from the USB
flash drive could not be
applied. Write down the error code,
and contact your local
Sony representative.
105210 Writing to the SDHC
Memory Card failed. Check whether the SDHC
Memory Card is write
protected.
106000 Other A system error other than
the following occurred, and
processing cannot
continue. Write down the error code,
and contact your local
Sony representative.
106001 Failed to save settings. Click the “Apply” button to
try saving again. If the
same error continues to
occur, write down the error
code, and contact your
local Sony representative.
106002 Failed to save settings.
106003 Failed to read settings.
106004 Failed to read settings.
106005 Failed to open the serial
port.
106200 A system error has
occurred. Write down the error code,
and contact your local
Sony representative.
107001 An SDHC Memory Card is
not inserted or is damaged. Make sure an SDHC
Memory Card is inserted.
The SDHC Memory Card
may be damaged. Try using
a different SDHC Memory
Card.
Make sure the SDHC
Memory Card is formatted
in the FAT32 file system.
107200 A system error has
occurred. Write down the error code,
and contact your local
Sony representative.
107202 Failed to open the XML
file.
