1-4-2. Connection
1. Remove the following parts in the order below.
Lens cover assembly (Refer to Section 1-3-1.) → Rear panel assembly (Refer to Section 1-3-2.) →
Top panel assembly (Refer to Section 1-3-3.) → C board/ shield (CB) (Refer to Section 1-3-5.) → DC
fan (LAMP OUT (for exhaust)) (Refer to Section 1-3-8.) → Optical block assembly (Refer to Sec-
tion 1-3-9.) → Gear block (Refer to Section 1-3-13.)
2. Install the optical block assembly in the reverse order of steps 3 to 7 in Section 1-3-9.
3. Install the DC fan (LAMP OUT (for exhaust)) in the reverse order of steps 1 to 9 in Section 1-3-8.
4. Apply the insulation tapes (commercially supplied) on the A-side of the X70 boards.
5. Connect the two X70 boards to the connectors (CN2403 and CN2404) on the QA board.
