Unable to turn on the speaker

Make sure the AC adaptor and the power cord are connected to the speaker and the AC outlet firmly.

Disconnect the AC power plug. After 2 minutes, reconnect the AC power plug and touch the

(on/standby)

button to turn on the speaker.
