Checking after the adjustment
1. Referring to the “4-5. OPTICAL AXIS CHECK/ADJUSTMENT”, set the checking lens to the 1000 mm collimator.
2. Set the following and focus the lens.
measure the infinity end F1.4 image position with 1000 mm collimator.
• focus mode: manual focus
• shooting mode: A mode
• iris value: F1.4
3. Set the iris value to F8.
4. Confirm that the image change is less than 0.02 mm when setting the iris value to F8.
(5) Adjustment method of “ROM Check”
About “ROM Check” item, the operation of lens side is needed.
Note:
Be sure to move the zoom to TELE end, start the adjustments.
When operating the lens, operate it while holding a camera body by hand well.
So that a lens does not work. And never touch the focus ring.
