About Sony’s Support Options
Sony provides several support options for your computer. When you have questions
about your computer and the pre-installed software, check these places for answers:
Printed documentation supplied with your computer

The Customer Guide explains how to start your computer and use the basic
functions. This guide gives you the information to access VAIO-Link.

The Setting Up Poster gives you a list of the contents you find in the box, a
summary of the bundled applications and the list of specifications of your
computer and accessories.
On-line user guides supplied with your Documentation CD-ROM

This guide explains how to use your computer, connect peripheral devices. It
gives you a packing list and the list of specifications of your computer and
accessories.
