Cannot connect to a network using the WPS button
When using the Wireless Stereo function, cancel the group.
First, connect a computer to the speaker and use the computer to search for the Wi-Fi router (access point scan),
and then do the settings for the network.
Update the firmware for your Wi-Fi router (access point) to its latest version.
Press and hold the speaker's TIMER/
WPS button for about 2 seconds, and confirm that the speaker make a
sound

Check your Wi-Fi router’s operating instructions to see if the way to operate the Wi-Fi Protected Setup (WPS) button
for your Wi-Fi router is different.
Depending on your Wi-Fi router, you may have to press and hold its Wi-Fi Protected Setup (WPS) button for a few
seconds to set it up. For details, refer to the operating instructions for your Wi-Fi router.
Bring the Wi-Fi router closer to the speaker.
If your wireless router has a Wi-Fi Protected Setup (WPS) button, you can connect to the Wi-Fi network by this
method. For details, refer to the operating instructions supplied with your wireless router.
If you cannot connect them, even though you did the settings correctly, try the following.
Turn off the access point (Wi-Fi router), wait for a while, and then turn it back on.
Turn off the speaker, wait for a while, and then turn it back on.
