Clock

“--:--” is displayed.



You have not set the clock (



p. 18).

“--y--m--d” or “--:--” is displayed on the REC Date display.



The date of recording will not be displayed if you recorded the file when the clock

was not set.

Display

There are fewer menu items displayed in the menu mode.



During playback or recording modes, there are menu items that are not displayed

(



p. 64).

The remaining time displayed in the display window is shorter than that

displayed in the computer.



The IC recorder requires a certain amount of memory for system operation. That

amount is subtracted from the remaining time, which is the reason for the

difference.

Files

The “Memory Full” animation is displayed and you cannot start recording.



The memory is full.



Erase some of the files (



p. 52) or erase all the files after you store them on the

your computer or other device.

The “File Full” animation is displayed and you cannot operate the IC recorder.



199 files have been recorded in the selected folder (

) or 4,074 files (when there

are 21 folders) in total have been recorded. Therefore you cannot record another

file, or move a file.


