The sound is not outputted of ARC.
Check the connection

Connecting HDMI OUT (TV (ARC)) connector of the
bar speaker and HDMI IN (ARC) connector of the TV.

It is connected by the supplied HDMI cable (or HDMI
cable with Ethernet).
Refer to “The sound is not outputted” on page 33.

Check the TV settings
