TEST MODE

FACTORY INITIALIZE (Factory Settings)
Return all of the unit settings to their factory defaults.
Procedure:
1. Touch the [

] button to turn the power on.
2. Touch the two buttons of the [
1
] and [–] simultaneously for 5
seconds.
3. The all LEDs are fl ash 4 times.
The all LEDs flash 4 times.
4. The reset is completed, then main unit is restart automatically.
USB UPDATE
Update the fi rmware with the USB memory can be performed.
This mode is guided by technical news, when update occurs.
FORCED UPDATE MODE IN
Both fi rmware up/down can be performed.
This mode is guided by technical news, when update occurs.
DEMO MODE
The demo mode can be performed.
Procedure:
1. Touch the [
1
] button to turn the power on.
2. Touch the two buttons of the [ ] and [+] simultaneously for
10 seconds.
3. The LEDs light up/ fl ash as shown in the following fi gure.
The all LEDs flash 3 times.
Return to the current
function display.

Initial setting for demo mode:
• Cannot power off by the [
1
] button (both the main unit and the
remote commander).
• The auto standby function becomes invalid.
• When the non-operation and no sound for 5 minutes is fol-
lowed, setting will return to the state when entering demo
mode.
• When insert the AC power cord into the wall outlet, it auto-
matically turns on and enters the demo mode.
Releasing method:
Perform the “DEMO RESET” on page 28.
Note: The demo mode does not released by unplug the AC power cord.
DEMO CUSTOM PRESET
It can preset the demo mode parameters.
Procedure:
1. In the demo mode state, touch the two buttons of the [ ] and
[+] simultaneously for 10 seconds.
2. The LEDs light up as shown in the following fi gure, and the
parameters of the demo mode are preset with the current set
value.

• Volume (See Note 1)
• Function
• Muting
• Subwoofer volume (See Note 2)

• Vertical surround
Note 1: Since the minimum set value of the volume is 10, it becomes 10
even if it is set to 10 or less.
Note 2: Since the minimum set value of the subwoofer volume is 5, it
becomes 5 even if it is set to 5 or less.
3. When the “FACTORY INITIALIZE” on the left is performed,
the value set in this mode is return to the initial value and re-
lease the DEMO mode.
When the DEMO mode is released with “DEMO RESET” on
page 28, the set value will not be cleared.
