2-2. BDKP-N1001/N1002 Installation

A laser module is installed on the BDKP-N1002.
A laser module is vulnerable to static electricity.
When installing the BDKP-N1002 (CCM-36A board),
must be put on the earth-band to establish a ground.
2-2-1. Installation Procedure
1.
Turn off the power of the BDX-N1000 and remove the
power plug from the outlet.
2.
Remove the six screws (B 4
x
6), and remove the top
panel.
3.
Remove the four screws (B 3
x
6), and remove the rear
panel (B).
n
Keep the rear panel (B) and the four screws (B 3
x
6)
that are removed.
4.
Insert the SC connector on the CCM-36/36A board
into the hole of the rear panel.
5.
Align the four screw holes of the board with the four
supports.
6.
Press the connector on the CCM-36/36A board so that
it is connected with the connector CN1 on the IF-694
board.

Make sure that the connectors are connected tightly.
7.
Secure the CCM-36/36A board by tightening the four
screws (PSW 3
x
6) supplied with the BDKP-N1001/
N1002.
