Presetting Radio Stations

You can preset 20 stations for FM and 10
stations for AM. Before tuning, make sure to
turn down the volume to minimum.

Press FUNCTION and select “TUNER”
using Cursor key, and then push
Cursor key.

Press BAND repeatedly until the band
you want appears in the front panel
display.

Each time you press BAND, the band
toggles between AM and FM.

Press and hold or –, then
release.

Scanning stops when the receiver tunes in a
station. “TUNED” and “ST” (for stereo
program) appear in the front panel display.

Press AMP MENU.

Press

repeatedly until

“MEMORY” appears in the front panel
display.

Press ENTER.

A preset number appears in the front panel
display. The preset number blinks on and
off.

Press or – to select the
preset number you want.

Press ENTER.

The station is stored.

Repeat 1 to 8 to store other stations.

To change the preset number

Restart from step 1.

To change the AM tuning interval

The AM tuning interval can be set to either
9 kHz or 10 kHz (default).
To change the AM tuning interval, turn off the
receiver by pressing

on the remote. While

holding down

(on the receiver), press

the remote to turn on the power. If you change
the interval, the AM preset stations will be
erased.
To reset the interval, repeat the same procedure.
