*GENERAL OPERATION* 

 
Spinner Wheel Cleaners 

Starting and stopping Spinners 

is controlled by the Customer’s equipment programmer 

signal to the motor starter coil controlling three phase power to the high pressure water 
pump. The speed of the rotation of the Spinners being driven may be changed by the 
bypass/regulator adjustment on the pump.

  

 

Mitter Operation 

The Mitter drive assembly (electric motor and speed reducer) that causes the vehicle 
cleaning curtains to move side to side with vehicle travel is started and stopped by a 
remote Customer supplied Controller system. This drive actuation system should also 
control soap solution delivery to the Mitter spray bar.
