5 Operating your fan
Remove pin and clip from downrod. Slip downrod into housing yoke,
align hole and reinstall pin and clip. Tighten downrod set screws and
then tighten nuts.
Install ball end into hanging bracket opening. Align slot in ball with
tab in bracket.
Warning: Failure to align slot in ball with tab may result in serious
injury or death.
Warning: to reduce the risk of fire, electrical shock, or personal injury, wire nuts/wire con-
nectors provided with this fan are designed to accept only one 12 gauge house wire and
two lead wires from the fan. If your house wire is larger than 12 gauge or there is more
than one house wire to connect to the two fan lead wires, consult an electrician for the
proper size wire nuts/wire connectors to use.
Technical features:
Speed 1: 150±10%rpm - 26 watt
Speed 2: 230±10%rpm - 45 watt
Speed 3: 330±10%rpm - 75 watt
Models equipped with remote control:
• Select the fan speed by pressing the speed control button on the remote control transmitter
(High speed – Medium speed – Low speed – Off).
• CAUTION: Before using this rotating direction switch, turn OFF the fan and censure the fan
stops rotating to prevent injury yourself and damage to the motor.
• DO NOT attempt to recharge expired batteries. There are special rechargeable batteries,
which are clearly marked with.
• DO NOT dispose of batteries in fire to avoid explosion.
