Disturbance Possible reasons(s) Correction
No connection to the web interface of
the storage system (https://find-
my.sonnen-batterie.com ) or to the in-
ternet portal (https://my.sonnen-bat-
terie.com ). No connection between the
storage system and the server.

between the storage system and
the Router of the home network is
correctly connected.

home network allows connections

22 ssh

3333 debug
UDP Port Service
1194 VPN

1196 VPN
