General
the Vertical contact toaster Model Vct-1000 is
designed for contact toasting of buns. the toaster
design allows the operator to place buns on both sides
of the heated Platen at the same time.
Buns are placed into the top slanted Bun feeder.
uniformly toasted, golden brown buns are retrieved
from the Bun chute at the bottom of the toaster in
approximately 15 seconds.
this manual provides the safety, installation, and oper-
ating procedures for the Vertical contact toaster. We
recommend that all information contained in this
manual be read prior to installing and operating the
unit.
