4.1.4 Managing visitor photos
The monitor is supplied with an 16 Gb SD card. It can store up to 800 photos (200 Kb each). Whenever this is a missed call from a
visitor, a photo is taken automatically.

Import an MP3 ringtone from the SD micro card
It is possible to use a MP3 ringtone of your choice instead of the video entry phone's 5 default ringtones.
For this, access the "Ringtone" menu from the GENERAL SETTINGS. Then press the pictogram opposite.
Note : The creation of MP3 ringtones requires some technical knowledge.
To ensure that the ringtone is compatible with your video entry phone, you need to comply with the following
five points:

Maximum file size = 100 kb

Max. file time = 45 s (max. file size reached before)

Format = mp3
-
File name - do not use special characters or accents

Max. number of characters = 12
To create your own customised ringtone, you can use Audacity (open-source and free software):

Depending on the type of source audio file, you should perhaps install the Lame-MP3 plug-ins encode and ffmpeg import/export,
follow the Audacity software instructions to download them. (Edit<Preferences<Library)
Note : When exporting a file in MP3 format, remember to click on the
"options" button to minimise the file quality, and thereby reduce its size.
Insert the SD micro card into the PC/Mac adaptor supplied to load the
MP3 ringtone into the MP3 folder.
With a standard MP3 file, you get the result opposite.
