Grounding Instuctions
This appliance must be used with a grounded outlet. In the event of an electrical short circuit, grounding reduces the risk
of electrical shock by providing an alternate pathway for the electrical current. This appliance is equipped with a cord and
grounding plug. The appliance must be plugged into an outlet that is properly installed and grounded.
Attempting to bypass the grounding prong on the power cable can result in a risk of
electric shock.
Touching some of the internal components of this appliance can cause serious personal
injury or death. Do not disassemble this appliance.
Consult a qualified electrician or serviceman if the grounding instructions are not completely understood or if doubt
exists as to whether or not the appliance is properly grounded.
If it is necessary to use an extension cord, use only a 3-wire extension cord that has a 3-blade grounded plug, and 3-slot
receptacle that will accept the plug on the appliance. The marked rating of the extension cord shall be equal to or greater
than the electrical rating of the appliance. The cord should not drape over a countertop or tabletop where it can be pulled
on by children or tripped over.

3. Move the microwave oven to a different location or plug it into a different outlet so that the oven and receiver are
on different branch circuits.
