40 User Manual UM0025_ASW3000-6000H-S2_EN_V02_0722

Procedure:

1. DC cable requirements as follows:

2. Crimp the contacts with the corresponding cables.Crimping

tool:H4TC0001,AMPHENOL

3. Insert the contact cable assembly into back of the

corresponding DC plug connector. A “click” should be heard

or felt when the contact cable assembly is seated correctly

and tighten the swivel nut.(Torque:2.5Nm).
