Fully disabling the timer: 

Press the button in the centre of the knob for 3 sec-

onds until the time stated on the display is „0“. If you wish to reset the time,
you can turn the knob again.

12.  Timer has expired:

Once the set timer has expired, an acoustic signal will sound and the display will
return to stating „0“. This does not turn the grill off automatically but maintain
the set temperature so you can start the next grilling cycle.

Note:

The grilling function can be stopped at any time by turning the temper-

ature regulator (H) to OFF. The LCD screen will state „OFF“ and the time „0“.
Let the appliance cool down completely and pull the power plug.

Note to the automatic shutdown:

For your safety, the Solis Grillmaster Top is

equipped with a 1-hour automatic shutdown. This ensures that the grill is not
activated and heating for extended periods of time by accident. Automatic shut-
down means: If you operate neither the temperature regulator nor the timer for
one hour, the grilling function is automatically disabled and the hot plates are
not being heated anymore. The LCD screen will state the notice „OFF“ for 5 min-
utes before the display backlight goes off completely. However, „0“ and „OFF“
will still be visible. Move or reset the temperature regulator or timer to reactivate
the grill.

13.  Taking grillables off the grill:

Once the food is done grilling, use heat resistant wooden or plastic spatulas to
take it off the hot plates.

Note:

Never use metal kitchen tools or tools with sharp or pointed ends and

sides. Never cut the grillables on the hot plates. We recommend consequently
using kitchen tools made of heat resistant plastic or wood.

14.  Switching off the grill:

If you are done grilling, turn the temperature regulator (H) to the position OFF.
The LCD screen will state „OFF“ and the time „0“. Let the appliance cool down
completely and pull the plug.
