K 6 height settings for the upper hot plate
The 6 height settings allow the upper hot plate to hover over or only gently
touch the food instead of placing its full weight on top. This is helpful when
grilling pressure sensitive foods like f.e. fish. Ideal also for gratinating.
L Slider for closing or opening the two hot plates resp. for setting the
upper hot plates height
While not in use or when the appliance is stored in an upright position, the
slider should be set to the „LOCK“ position; during use, it should be set to
„OPEN“ resp. to one of the 6 height levels (from „LOW“ to „HIGH“). For
opening the two hot plates, the regulator has to be set to the „BBQ“
position.
M Plate release for the upper hot plate (PLATE RELEASE) with handle for
adjusting the angle of the upper hot plate.
