POWER MODULE 

 

 

NOTE: Refer to the current parts diagram for the current part number.

 

 

 

To replace the power module:

 

1)

 

Turn off power to the joystick module.

 

2)

 

Place the power chair in drive mode.

 

3)

 

Disconnect the joystick harness (JH1) from the joystick module.

 

4)

 

Remove the seat.

 

5)

 

Remove the battery cover.

 

6)

 

Disconnect the motors (LMT and RMT), the power harness (PH1), and the joystick harness (JH2) from the 
power module.

 

7)

 

Remove the power module from the battery box. See figure 8.

 

8)

 

Install the new power module onto the battery box.

 

9)

 

Reconnect the motors (LMT and RMT), the power harness (PH1), and the joystick harness (JH2.)

 

10)

 

Reinstall the battery box cover.

 

11)

 

Reinstall the seat.

 

12)

 

Connect the joystick module to the joystick harness.

 

13)

 

Power on and test the power chair.
