REPLACEMENT INSTRUCTIONS 

 

DRIVE WHEEL 

 

 

To replace the drive wheel:

 

1)

 

Turn off power to the joystick module.

 

2)

 

Place the power chair in drive mode.

 

3)

 

Place a support under the frame so that the drive wheel is off of the ground.

 

4)

 

Remove the drive wheel. 

Make sure to retain the axle key. See figure 4.

 

5)

 

Install the new drive wheel. 

Make sure that the axle key is installed correctly in the axle slot.

 

6)

 

Remove the frame support.

 

7)
