1 Piston stop
2 O-ring
● Apply PFG110 grease to a new O-ring (2).
● Place the O-ring (2) in the piston stop groove (1).
● Apply PFG110 grease to the O-ring (2) and the piston
stop (1).

● Push the piston stop (3) into the tool (4), taking care not
to damage the O-ring.
● Place the piston stop (3) and the tool (4) on the half
calliper.
● Fully tighten the piston stop (3) on the half-calliper using
a screwdriver, and then remove the tool (4).

● Place the piston stop clip (1) in the groove of the piston
stop (2).
● Check that the piston stop clip (1) is correctly clipped in
the groove of the piston stop (2).
●
IMPORTANT
: To ensure that the clip is positioned on
the piston stop, loosen the stop; it should not leave the
calliper body.

● Apply PFG110 grease to the O-rings (3).
● Check that the bases of the grooves (4) are clean.
● Place the O-rings (1) in position in the grooves (4).
● Place the pistons (2) in position.
● Apply the same procedure for the second half-calliper.
● Apply PFG110 grease to the O-rings (1).
● Place the O-rings (1) in position, and then connect the
two half-callipers.
