• When function 2 is used, the printer performs the reset. Therefore, the printer clears
the receive and print buffers, and resets all settings (user-defined font, downloaded
bitmaps, macros, and the font format) to the default status when powered on.

execution of this command may damage the NV memory. Therefore, it is
recommended to write the NV memory 10 times or less a day.
