4.1 Print head maintenance and replacement

4.1.1 Print head maintenance

To assure print head lifetime and print effect, print head should be cleaned after using up every paper roll.

Printer overview

Turn off the printer power.

Press the top cover open spanner in the

direction of arrow a, and uplift the top

cover module in the direction of arrow b.

Wipe off the surface of print head with

cotton dipped with alcohol.

—Lower platen roller

Note:

The printer may not have lower print

head according to different configuration.
